COVID-19 – September 2022 update

This message is relevant to all consumers, businesses and accredited persons in relation to Trade Measurement.

Trading Standards wish to provide an update due to the elimination of to the traffic light system (COVID-19 Protection Framework) by the New Zealand Government.

For accredited persons

Our offices and laboratories are open, in Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington.

If you are visiting a Trading Standards site, you will be required to sign in to ‘Who’s on location’ using the QR code or by manually recording your visit.

Any visit to a Trading Standards site must be prearranged and will be confirmed by our staff in advance.

If you wish to make an enquiry or offsite work request, contact your Client Manager.
