This policy details Trading Standards position on the transfer of ownership of Working Standards between accredited organisations.

4. Policy

The Verification Report for Working Standards specifies the owner. If there is a change of ownership of those standards, the Verification Report becomes invalid.

Working Standards are only classed as such when under the care and custody of the Accredited Person as identified on the Verification Report and resource list within that owners Quality Management System.

Any new owner would have to resubmit the Standards for verification.
