For accredited persons – Application forms on Business Connect
Trading Standards is now using Business Connect for accreditation-related application forms.
Trading Standards has moved our accreditation application forms from our website to the Business Connect platform.
There are now 4 online forms, which can be accessed through Business Connect.
Note
To access Business Connect and the application forms, you will need a RealMe login account; noting that this is different from a RealMe verified identity account. For more information, see the below links:
Find below the names of the forms, with the purposes of each, and links to the corresponding web pages on the Trading Standards website:

For organisations who are accredited, the Management Representative is expected to complete and submit the forms, as and when required.
