Voluntarily terminating the accreditation of an organisation

To voluntarily terminate the accreditation of an organisation, before the date of expiry of the Letter of Accreditation, the organisation should submit to the Client Manager a Letter of Voluntary Termination as soon as practicable.

Trading Standards has developed a model letter that can be used for this purpose.
