Voluntarily terminating the accreditation of an organisation

To voluntarily terminate the accreditation of an organisation, before the expiry date of the Letter of Accreditation you must follow these steps.

Step 1 – Apply to cancel

Complete the application form:

Remove category or individual(s) or cancel accreditation form

Once an application has been submitted you will receive an automated email. Following this you may be contacted by your Client Manager to confirm the termination.

Step 2 – Acknowledgement of termination

Your Client Manger will confirm the termination via email.
